A young man named Gai hasn't had much happen in his life. Wanting to be remembered, he seeks out people to tell their stories so he can put them in his book, Gai's Collection. this is a complete project
What you just read is the previous description of this game, if you're looking for a fun and light rpg maker game, then turn away because that's not what you're gonna get. This was the prime example of me as a gamdev, lazy, painfully dull, and most of all, amateur incarnate. If you play this alone, then I'm sorry because all you'll experience is second hand embarrassment, but if you have friends then get ready to rip into this like a steak on a tuesday afternoon!

Why would you want to play this?
ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: If you continue from a save you used in the demo, then any story you play that wasn't in the demo will cause a glitch where it will not load the proper actor
Step 1: Download
Step 2: Extract the game and put it somewhere
Step 3: Take "Absorb2.ogg" from "Crucial sounds.zip" and place it in Gai's collection > www > audio > se
Step 4: Do the same with "VictoryLoop2.ogg" but this time place it in Gai's collection > www > audio > bgm
Step 5: Run the .exe file in the game's folder
Step 6: Reflect on your life choices leading up to playing this game
Step 7: Regret following this tutorial

Loved the stream, laughed at every turn when the chat said something. Nobody here held back on their critiques and I loved that about this stream, nobody tried to play it safe, just treating the game like it is, a hot mess which was my first completed rpgmaker project! If you're wondering what my game making projects have been since my hiatus from rpgmaker, it's mostly been fire emblem GBA romhacks that take a comedic approach to my writing. I've recognized that my projects that try to be serious end up being incredibly cringeworthy (like this), and while my comedy isn't that better, it's less insufferable. Keep streamin', rock on!
This is a really fun game, The writing is funny and there are lots of likable characters. The bar where you play different characters was a great idea. The enemies are really hard in this game. I wanted to play more of the story, but the enemies were killing me a lot. Great music and the variety of enemies was fun. Thanks for making it.
thanks for the feedback, man. I was developing a sequel for a little bit but I've put that off for the time being because I don't have many more ideas for stories, and I have other creative projects I could be working on.
